Returns Policy At The Cozy Stitch LLC, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is damaged or incorrect. Once I receive the returned item, I’ll process your refund or exchange promptly. Delivery I take pride in crafting each item by hand, so please allow 3-5 or business days or 2 weeks (unless they’re made-to-order) for processing before shipping. All orders are shipped via UPS, and you will receive a tracking number once your order is on its way. Delivery times may vary based on your location, but you can generally expect your order to arrive within 2 weeks.
